We have built thousands of Rf tools And believe me when I say radio frequency welding is a strange animal. It is similar to thermoforming in that it is science performed by artists. We have narrowed down what works really well. It looks a little different than what the sealing machine manufacturers provide. Whether Bar seal or trim seal, existing product or new project, Teflon cloth, mylar, micarda, we can do it.

We are familiar with most machines and have a library of mounting configurations. We are also aware of the “arcing” problems associated with the trim seal tools. We build our tools so they may be re-cut many times, for a relatively low cost seal head repair.
