Prototypes

We can provide you with a prototype to prove your mold design. Prototypes can be turned around in a very short amount of time, often the next day. Most of our prototypes are machined from REN 450 material. This material provides a moderate finish with a fast cut time, and is durable enough to take the heat of the thermoforming process that will enable you to get the samples you need quickly.
